Terms of service.
The terms for using the Dayfaro website and workspace.
Last updated October 1, 2026Operator and contact details are being finalized. This page describes the current preview and will be completed before public launch.
1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Dayfaro website and workspace, including tools that create presentations, images, research summaries, and synthetic narration. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Dayfaro provides the service at dayfaro.com. During the private preview, contact the person who provided your workspace access.
2. Access and your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to use the current preview. Provide accurate account information, protect your password, and tell the operator if you believe your account has been compromised. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so.
Access to the preview may be limited by invitation, availability, usage limits, or technical capacity. Features may change as we test and develop the product.
3. Your content and generated output
You retain any rights you hold in the material you submit. You give us permission to store, process, reproduce, and send that material to the service providers needed to fulfil your requests and operate your workspace. You must have the rights and permissions needed for that processing.
As between you and Dayfaro, you may use the generated output to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the model and media providers involved. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or promise that AI output is unique or eligible for copyright protection. Third-party images, quotations, trademarks, and other source material remain subject to their owners’ rights.
A visible source credit does not grant a licence. You are responsible for checking facts, permissions, attribution requirements, and the suitability of output before publishing, sharing, or relying on it.
4. AI output and sources
AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading material. Sources and links may change or be unavailable. Generated voices are synthetic. Review the actual source material and disclose AI generation where the context or law requires it.
Dayfaro is a creation and explanation tool. Its output is not professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice. Obtain qualified advice when a decision requires it.
5. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not submit content you are not authorised to use, unlawfully expose personal data, impersonate someone deceptively, distribute harmful or illegal material, or infringe intellectual property rights.
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, bypass access or usage controls, interfere with service operation, or use the service to distribute malicious software. Your use must also comply with applicable provider restrictions for the features you select.
6. Fees and credits
No paid subscription or credit purchase is offered through this version of the website. If paid plans are introduced, prices, included usage, renewal rules, credit validity, cancellation, and applicable refund terms will be presented before purchase. We will not treat these draft terms as authorisation for an undisclosed charge.
Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of any future plan terms.
7. Availability and external services
The service relies on external AI, search, storage, and hosting providers. Their availability, pricing, and capabilities may change. We may adjust or suspend features to maintain the service, address misuse, or meet legal requirements.
Keep your own copies of work that matters to you. The preview may contain errors and is provided subject to the rights and warranties that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
8. Ending access
You can stop using the service at any time. Contact the operator to request account closure or deletion of personal information. The Privacy Policy explains the factors governing retention.
We may restrict or end access for a material breach of these terms, a security issue, a legal requirement, or discontinuation of the preview. Where appropriate and practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
9. Responsibility and disputes
You are responsible for your use and distribution of content. To the extent allowed by law, Dayfaro does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or that generated output will be accurate, and is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on unverified output or unauthorised use of third-party content.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer or data protection rights. Contact the operator first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. Any jurisdiction or dispute provision for the public service will be confirmed with the operator details; these draft terms do not require binding arbitration or waive statutory rights.
10. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the service develops. We will identify the revision date and give additional notice of significant changes where required. If you do not agree to updated terms, you can stop using the service.
During the private preview, contact the person who provided your workspace access. Public contact details will be added before launch.
